How to Book

Step 1 - Decide which type of counselling you would like? (see 'where & how I work')

Step 2 - Check My Availability

Face to Face
Currently, I only offer counselling in London on Thursdays. I only offer Saturday sessions on a discretionary basis and I don't offer any sessions on a Sunday. The
calendar will clearly show when and if I'm available.

Phone and Skype Counselling
I only offer Saturday sessions on a discretionary basis and I don't offer any sessions on a Sunday. I offer sessions from 7.30am. Latest booking time available 7pm. 

Email Counselling
Always available unless my list is full.

Step 3 - Contact me 
If my
calendar shows I’m free, then you will still need to contact me to confirm time and date so I can update the calendar immediately. If it’s your first booking, we will spend some time on the telephone so you can get to know me a little before you make your final decision - I will pencil your preferred time and you can email me if you would like to cancel. In any case, your booking won’t be secure until I receive payment. [Make a booking]


For clients opting for Email counselling, you can confirm dates with me by email. Email me at
[email protected] or use my [contact the zone] form if you do not want to send messages from your email account.

Step 4 - Make a Booking
If you receive a reply/if we chat and we’ve confirmed times and dates, then you need to [make a booking] to secure your appointment. You do not need a Paypal account to make a booking. You do need a credit or debit card. In the event you do not pre-pay online prior to your session, only cash will be accepted on the day. All London bookings must pre-pay in advance otherwise the appointment will be void.

Block booking - I suggest booking only one session in the first instance so you can be sure you are happy with my service. If after your first session, you then wish to continue, you can take advantage of discounts by block booking sessions in advance.

Step 5 - We start work.
Your first session will include an assessment and you too can assess if and how well we work together. In the event you are not happy to continue, 50% of the session fee will be refunded to you.
